Established in 2015, AWC aims to further promote quality discourse via The Circle Dialogues which are unique to the cultural background that exists in Malaysia. AWC aims to empower, educate and enable women to define their success. Additionally, the Circle also attempts to reach out to males via their programmes.
Today, AWC comprises of over 20 working committee members and has around 3000 #leanincommunity members who are working hard at creating awareness and asking the right question to kick-start conversations that will influence change towards a more inclusive and supportive society.
